The Main Menu for [[Ema ni Negai wo! (Prologue Edition)]] is the first video with musical content a listener encounters. It is preceded by an intro video that zooms in through a torii into the Blu-Ray's cover, which then zooms in so only the Shrine Member's masked face is visible. There are two choices: the '''Left''' choice plays the content, while the '''Right''' choice plays the [[End Credits for Ema ni Negai wo! (Prologue Edition)|End Credits]]. The song playing on the Main Menu also plays in the choice selection videos after main character songs. After selecting an option, an outro video is played where the image fades to black and the title zooms towards the listener.

The Main Menu for Ema ni Negai wo! (Prologue Edition) is the first video with musical content a listener encounters.
