The Lost Poem (in Japanese 失われし詩, Ushinawareshi Uta) is the seventh track on Sound Horizon's third story CD Lost.

Lyrics

The fifth memory...

The darkness of memory that cannot be lit up by the fantasy termed historical facts
Even to this day, its era and location remains unable to be determined
It was said that a certain girl wrote down this scenery towards destruction
What follows is a segment of the lost poem...

Have you forgotten something as well...?

My favorite sky My favorite city
I believed that unchanging days like these would go on forever

A dry whistle A melody crossing the skies
I knew that whistles weren’t the only sounds riding on the wind that day...

That was a small seed of malice
The beginning was merely a single lie
Who are you? Who am I?
Good or bad, feelings are flowers to be nurtured

Rains of suspicion poured down on the dry lands
My country was destroyed overnight
Hearts that trusted in each other – those are『Things we cannot afford to Forget』
Why didn’t we realize it sooner...
