Murder...theft...kidnapping...illicit sales...

-As if selling his soul to the devil, the man would do anything as long as it brought him money
The means shouldn't be questioned - to the man, the ends are everything
An urgent reality - he needed money...

A balance that continued to tip...before its left plate sinks completely
The right plate needed to be filled with enough money to raise the left side through force alone...
And...even in that night, the mask dances to the balance...

Cloaking themselves in darkness, they felt through the silence of the night, letting their eyes meet
Overlapping their lips under the romantic moonlight, they held in their breath...

Letting their hurried pursuers pass by, they held each other's hands
The two lives who are intoxicated with a dramatic act of escape are offered to love...

Goodbye....A convenient card for dogs of authority

Goodbye...In exchange for selling the daughter, an exquisite chair can be bought

A love separated by ranks - even knowing it to be forbidden, man and woman attracted each other
Kicking away the sadistic doctrine of nobles and slipping out of the cage...ah, such a tragedy

Seeking power over others on this board of fate, life and death continued to take from each other
To laugh at a drastic tale of mourning is life itself....ah, it is rather a comedy...

Goodbye...a world where people hired by coins betray

Goodbye...to reproach others for absurdity is pitiful

A journey to paradise. Setting sail to freedom. At the end of their escape, they arrived on a shore.
When the man disguised as a boatman clicked his fingers, black cloaked shadows surrounded the ship

“If you're worrying about the fare back, then rest assured that I have received more than enough. However, he'll have to part with us here.”

“What a pity...”

“It's fine as long as the girl gets back safe. You can kill the servant[man] for all I care.”

Without ever meeting his eyes, the Earl spoke...ramming a bagful of golden coins on the table...

Even though people are always happier in ignorance
As long as they seek, they'll yearn to know everything
-Why do they step forth towards destruction?

A grandiose wedding. A happy bride. What kind of scenario does the Goddess of Fate prefer...
A fake wedding. A missing bride. The Goddess of Destruction will not overlook any open seam...

Ah...his back felt hot as if being burnt. With his outstretched hand, the man felt something stabbed onto him.
Ah...while looking at his hand stained scarlet, the masked man slowly crumbled

Ah...a girl was standing behind him, staring at the man's prostrate with a dreadful look
Ah...she steps back while shouting something and ran away into the deepening darkness....

-within the water bottom of his gradually fading consciousness, he struggled to grasp a rusted key
The door is right in front of him, he has to hurry...soon...soon it'll be his daughter's promised-
